Purifying Toner for Oily Skin Purifies, Regulates Sebum, Reduces Blackheads. A mild, alcohol and mineral oil-free toner that removes traces of dirt, oil, and makeup. Enriched with Rose Water, Tea Tree Extract, and Capryloyl Salicylic Acid to regulate sebum and clear blackheads, alongside Aloe Vera Extract, Niacinamide, and Witch Hazel to soothe and hydrate, leaving oily skin fresh and balanced. Directions of use: Apply to a cotton pad and pat all over the face (avoiding the eyes) after cleansing with Refine’s Purifying Cleansing Gel.
